so I'm home now, went to the dentist this morning, and no problems :) i found out that plaque on your teeth is a low-grade infection (!) when you go to the dentist and they clean your teeth, they "stir up" the bacteria, and they tend to go towards your heart. that's why gingivitis is correlated with heart disease (if you're prone to it already). so floss your teeth!
traveling yesterday was fine, no problems, but Benjamin has had some delays today :( he'll be here soon though!
